This Privacy Policy explains what data Pilotly (operated by VitalTronic LLC, a U.S.-based limited liability company, “Pilotly,” “VitalTronic,” “we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.

2. How We Use Your Data
Calculate the profitability of your campaigns by combining Meta Ads and Shopify data.
Execute the automations you configure (pausing, scaling, or adjusting budgets).
Show you reports and dashboards within the app.
Manage your account, authentication, and subscription.
Send you operational notifications (campaign alerts, billing notices, support).
Improve and support the Service.
3. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
Meta Platforms, Inc. and Shopify Inc., to the extent necessary to operate the integration you authorized.
Infrastructure providers (hosting, database) and our payment processor, under confidentiality obligations.
Authorities, where required by law.
4. Use of Meta Platform Data
Data obtained through the Meta Marketing API is used exclusively to provide Pilotly’s core functionality (advertising budget management and automation) and is not used for Pilotly’s own advertising purposes or shared with third parties outside the Service. You can revoke Pilotly’s access to your Meta account at any time from Facebook’s “Apps and Websites” settings.
5. Storage and Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. After your account is deleted, we delete your personal data as described in our Data Deletion Instructions, except for: (a) information we must retain for legal, tax, or accounting purposes, and (b) campaign, ad spend, and sales data that we have anonymized and aggregated so that it can no longer identify you, your account, or your store, which we may retain to improve Pilotly’s automation and analytics.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location (for example, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation or applicable U.S. state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, port, or object to the processing of your data, and to request its deletion. You can exercise these rights by contacting support@pilotlyapp.com.
8. EU Users
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you can direct privacy questions or exercise your data protection rights by contacting our privacy team at support@pilotlyapp.com. VitalTronic LLC has not appointed a statutory Data Protection Officer, as this is not currently required given the nature and scale of our processing activities.
9. Deleting Your Data
You can delete your account at any time directly from the app. To request deletion of your underlying data, you must contact us by email — see our Data Deletion Instructions for the full process.
10. Children’s Privacy
Pilotly is not directed at individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or within the Service.
